2. What personal data we collect
When you use our quote chat, we collect:
- Your name and contact details (email address and phone number)
- Your postcode and property details (bedrooms, bathrooms)
- Your cleaning preferences (frequency, hours)
- Your quoted price
We do not collect payment card details on this website.
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- Provide you with a cleaning quote and process your booking
- Contact you about your enquiry or booking
- Send booking confirmations and service communications
- Improve our service
Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests (responding to your quote request) and, where applicable, contract (fulfilling a booking).
4. Third parties we share data with
Zoho CRM - we store your enquiry details in Zoho CRM to manage your booking. Zoho is GDPR-compliant and processes data within the EU/EEA. See Zoho's Privacy Policy.
Hotjar - if you consent to analytics, we use Hotjar to understand how visitors use our site (heatmaps, session recordings). Hotjar processes data in the EU. See Hotjar's Privacy Policy.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel - if you consent to advertising, we use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
Google Ads - if you consent to advertising, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary local storage and, with your consent, third-party tracking cookies. The table below lists everything we set.

6. How long we keep your data
Enquiry and booking data is retained for up to 3 years for business and legal record purposes, after which it is securely deleted. You can request deletion at any time (see section 8).
7. Data security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to our CRM is restricted to authorised personnel only. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information.
8. Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
To exercise any of these rights, email office@daisymaid.cleaning. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
